Terms and Conditions — sx111 Online Gaming

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding these terms clearly will help you know your rights and obligations as a registered player at sx111.

• "Platform" refers to the sx111 website at sx111.ws, its games, betting services, mobile interface, account management features, and all related services.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account created by an individual user on the sx111 platform for the purpose of accessing games and services.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR funds held in a Player Account, including deposited real money funds and any credited bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player through a supported payment method, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an account by sx111 as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, match, or event available through the sx111 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to a withdrawable real money balance.
• "Verification" refers to the identity and payment method confirmation process that sx111 may require before processing withdrawals or applying certain account features.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity explicitly restricted under Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, and creation of multiple accounts.

To register and maintain an account at sx111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. sx111 reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened in violation of these requirements, and any funds in such an account may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering voluntarily of your own free will and not acting on behalf of another person.
• You must be legally permitted under applicable laws to participate in online gaming activities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion registered with sx111.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a valid email address.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by sx111 for a policy violation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at sx111. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different names, email addresses, payment methods, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts including the original may be closed and balances forfeited.

sx111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sx111 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. sx111 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or phone.

• Do not share your account password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account, even a family member or trusted friend.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of account security.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices or public internet connections.

Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or that occurs as a result of your credentials being compromised — is your responsibility. sx111 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security of your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact sx111 support immediately at support@sx111.ws to initiate an account review.

All financial transactions at sx111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied at any stage. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital account
• SadaPay digital account
• IBFT interbank funds transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for withdrawal as a standard security and anti-money laundering measure. sx111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made from a compromised payment account, or associated with prohibited conduct.

sx111 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP members receive prioritised instant processing. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your sx111 account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method in your own name — not to a third party's account
• Withdrawal requests may require identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the portion of the balance attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn
• Real money balances not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum amount
• sx111 charges zero fees on all withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount received

sx111 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform will notify the player and may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds. Investigations will be completed within a maximum of 5 business days.

sx111 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with the promotion itself.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and tracked independently from Real Money Balances.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Standard wagering requirement unless otherwise stated: 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will expire.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — Teen Patti and slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

In all cases, the platform's game rules documentation takes precedence over any informal explanation or prior understanding. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play before wagering real money.

Game results at sx111 are generated using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is audited regularly to ensure true statistical randomness. No party — including sx111 staff, other players, or external services — can predict or influence the outcome of any game event. Your full game history is accessible in your account at all times.

• Teen Patti games follow classic three-card rules as published in the game lobby.
• Cricket Betting markets are settled according to official match results from recognised cricket governing bodies.
• Virtual Sports outcomes are RNG-generated and independent of real-world sporting events.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned — the platform's decision on such matters is final.
• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the platform applies a predetermined minimum action to allow fair continuation of the round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at sx111. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balances held may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods to deposit funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any table game, poker room, or betting market.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account as a method of transferring balance.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with games without genuine human input.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, account duplication, or other methods designed to circumvent the intent of the bonus.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider after the deposited funds have been wagered at sx111.
• Minors: Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account or facilitating their access to the platform in any way.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to log in to, deposit to, or place bets from your account, even with your permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any game software.
• Use the sx111 name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could cause confusion about official sx111 communications.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to sx111 by players may be used by the platform to improve its services without obligation to compensate the submitting party.

sx111 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from technical errors. The following limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

• sx111 is not liable for any loss of funds or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• sx111 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or reputational damage.
• The total liability of sx111 to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the player's total deposit amount in the preceding 30 days.
• sx111 does not accept liability for losses attributable to a player's own decision-making, misunderstanding of game rules, or poor bet selection.

Nothing in these Terms limits sx111's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by sx111's own negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

sx111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity associated with the account
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months

Where an account is closed for a policy breach, any bonuses credited to the account will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the account holder following completion of any required investigation, minus any amounts subject to legitimate forfeit. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@sx111.ws.

sx111 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the sx111 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account. sx111 will not apply new terms retroactively to bets already placed or transactions already completed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of the sx111 platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through the sx111 dispute process described in Section 15.

The platform operates in English and all legally binding communications, Terms, and policy documents are provided in English. Translations provided for convenience do not constitute legally binding versions of these Terms.
